A narrow shale gorge with nineteen waterfalls and a stone path that threads behind the spray. A Finger Lakes stream cutting Devonian rock.

Field note

The Gorge Trail is a wet cathedral. Cavern Cascade is the fall you walk behind. Midweek in May, before the summer buses, the glen still sounds like itself.
