Field note
The National Park Service administers Cape Cod National Seashore, established in 1961. The Province Lands are the dune field at the cape's end. Marconi Beach sits under a glacial bluff. Heath and salt marsh fill the hollows. This is the Outer Cape, not the harbor towns.
