Rainbow travertine terraces and a large hot spring on the Bighorn River at Thermopolis.
Field note
Wyoming State Parks holds Hot Springs State Park at Thermopolis. The Rainbow Terraces are travertine built by the Big Spring where it meets the Bighorn River, and the state bathhouse is free to use. This is not Hot Springs National Park in Arkansas.
